Join the Alumni Network
You can connect with each other, share pictures, find alumni in your region and explore many other exciting opportunities, all through your online alumni network—check it out!
Creating an account is simple and you can use your Google, Facebook, or Yahoo account to sign in. Once you're on, you can:
- Get notified when new content is added. Set up your account to automatically email you when the content you're interested in gets posted on the network. Click here or follow these instructions: on the right hand column, under your name, click the Settings link. On the left side of the settings page, click the Email link. Check the boxes next to the content items you wish to be notified about. Hit Save.
- Join your group. Groups allow you to share and discuss ideas with the alumni you met at CWC, alumni in your region, or other groups. Click the Groups menu item. Find the group you're interested in joining and click on its link. Find the Join link on the page. You may also create your own group.
- Add photos, videos, events, blog posts, & discussion items. You can upload photos right from your computer or from Flickr. Videos can also be easily uploaded. You can create events, blog posts, and discussion items to share ideas and get collaboration going. On the right side of your network home page, under Quick Add, select the appropriate action.
Share Photos & Videos
There are several ways for you to share photos and videos with CWC. Both can be shared on the Alumni Network by following the instructions above. You can also share them with us in the following ways and we can add them to the website.
If you upload videos to YouTube, please send a link to the video to info@wholecommunities.org and we can feature it on our own video player.
There are multiple ways to share photos:
- Upload them on the Alumni Network.
- You can use Flickr to share photos with us. Simply create a group and upload your photos. Then email the link to the group to info@wholecommunities.org.
- Email individual files to info@wholecommunities.org.
- If you have several photos you wish to email, create a single .zip or archive file and use the free services of YouSendIt (100MB) or Transfer Big Files (250MB) to share photos with info@wholecommunities.org.
- Mail a CD of photos.
